We produce the above items in various specifications including packaging, size of final product, case weights, raw material requirements and cooking methods. Many of these items are manufactured for food service and retail customers alike. We have the ability to produce and manufacture several all natural, antibiotic-free products and have the capabilities in one of our plants for organic products.

If a customer has a product in mind, we try to accomodate their requests or can get the equipment necessary to manufacture the request. Our R&D department is managed by a PhD in Meat Science, so we have many capabilities and solutions for our customers' needs.
